Yvonne Johns manages HRworks' experienced team of project managers, sourcing managers and recruiters. She ensures that HRworks' quality standard is consistent across all facets of the staff procurement process, including candidate quantity, quality and on-time client delivery. Under her leadership, HRworks' Recruiters successfully placed more than 6,000 positions for industry-leading companies in 2006.

Johns has many areas of specialty, including large-scale and executive search recruitment in Retail Management, Food Service Management, Sales/Account Management and Operations Management. Johns has managed U.S. and Canadian recruitment for clients and built out a sourcing team to support a multi-unit retailer’s national recruitment. Additionally, Johns manages accountable reporting, metrics and client interface.

Johns has more than 10 years experience in the Human Resources and recruitment industries, and has been with HRworks since 2000. Her leadership roles have ranged from project manager and recruitment manager to senior consultant. At HRworks, she led the recruitment team for a national Fortune 500 retailer's regional HR manager hiring initiative, delivering 240 interested and qualified candidates within a 12-week window.

Johns is very active in TEAMworks and CHARITYworks programs with HRworks. She has previously served as senior executive team sponsor for TEAMworks, HRworks' employee-sponsored internal team building program.

Johns received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
